We use rolling monthly billing, which starts on the day you sign up.
Your card will be charged automatically each month on the same date for the next month of service. One-time cleanups are billed upon completion.

Yes! You'll receive access to a customer portal where you can:

  • View and pay invoices

  • View service history and notes

Yes. We don’t require contracts.
You can cancel any time with 48 hours’ notice through your customer portal or by contacting us directly.

Your yard will be assigned a regular service day Monday through Friday, based on our route availability.
We’ll notify you in advance if your service day ever needs to change due to weather, holidays, or scheduling adjustments.

We offer weekly, twice-weekly, twice-monthly, or one-time cleanups depending on your needs.
Most customers choose weekly service for consistent yard cleanliness.

We stand behind our work. If you’re unhappy with your cleaning, let us know—we’ll make it right with a re-clean or credit.
We’re here to show you a clean yard and ensure you’re happy with it.

Yes—if you opt into text alerts, you’ll get a message when your Technician is on the way.
After cleanup, we also send a photo of your locked gate to confirm your yard is secure.

Nope! As long as we have safe access to your yard, no one needs to be home.
You can leave access instructions in your portal (like a gate code or notes about your pets).

You can add gate codes, latches, or other instructions in your customer portal, or contact us directly and we’ll make sure your technician is informed.

If we can't access your yard due to a locked gate or other obstruction, the visit is still charged.
We’ll attempt to knock and call before leaving, and will perform double duty the following week to catch up.

Absolutely—we love dogs!
If your dog is aggressive or prevents access, we’ll knock, call, and update your portal.
If we’re unable to safely clean, the visit is still charged and we’ll do double duty the next time.

We bag and dispose of waste in your outdoor trash can.
If no can is available, we’ll double-bag it and leave it neatly outside your gate.
Need custom disposal? Just ask!

Yes—we operate year-round in all seasons, as long as it’s safe to do so.
If severe weather prevents service, we’ll reschedule or do double duty next time.
You’ll still be billed for the month, as the work doesn’t decrease.

We take the following major holidays off so our team can enjoy time with their families:

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

If your regular service falls on one of these holidays, we’ll skip that day and return on your next scheduled visit, performing double duty to catch up.
You’ll still receive the same level of care—just shifted to keep our team safe and rested.

Yes. We sanitize all tools and shoes between every yard using kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent cross-contamination and keep your pets healthy.

Most quotes are accurate, but we’ll confirm during your first visit.
If the yard requires more work than expected, we’ll contact you first before adjusting the price.

If you pause service (vacation, illness, etc.), let us know before your scheduled visit to avoid being charged.
If you pause for more than a week, you may be subject to a restart/initial cleaning fee when you resume.

Please let us know right away if you add a new dog or if one leaves the home.
Keeping your dog count updated ensures your pricing stays accurate and fair.

Yes. All Scoop Technicians are background checked before joining our team.
We care about your peace of mind as much as we care about your yard.

We take care to protect your property, but we assume no liability for accidental damage to gates, lawns, pets, or other items.

Your price is locked in unless your number of dogs or service needs change.
If we ever adjust pricing, you’ll receive at least 2 weeks’ notice in advance.

We promise to show you a clean yard—but we can only scoop what we can see! Tall grass, leaves, snow, and poor lighting can sometimes hide dog waste from view. We recommend keeping your lawn mowed and leaf-free for the most thorough cleanup.
