Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving service from Show-Me Scoopers LLC (“Show-Me Scoopers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Communication
By submitting a form, requesting a quote, or signing up for service, you agree that Show-Me Scoopers may contact you by text, phone, or email regarding your account, billing, scheduling, and services.
You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP.
2. Scheduling and Holidays
Show-Me Scoopers operates on scheduled service days rather than specific appointment times. Arrival times may vary based on route conditions, weather, staffing, traffic, and other operational factors.
We may occasionally adjust, delay, or reschedule service when necessary and will provide notice when practical.
Show-Me Scoopers is closed for regular service on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your regular service day falls on one of these holidays, that visit will be skipped and the accumulated waste will be removed during your next scheduled visit at no additional charge.
Recurring pricing accounts for our annual service schedule, so no credit is issued for scheduled holiday closures.
3. Weather and Unsafe Conditions
We provide service year-round whenever conditions allow us to work safely and effectively.
Severe storms, lightning, ice, snow, flooding, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe conditions may cause service to be delayed or skipped.
If a visit is skipped because of weather or unsafe conditions, the accumulated waste will be removed during your next scheduled visit. Regular recurring charges still apply.
4. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the service area.
If we cannot access the yard because of a locked or blocked gate, aggressive animal, unsafe condition, or another issue outside our control, the scheduled visit may still be charged. Accumulated waste will be removed during the next scheduled visit when access is available.
We normally send a text notification before arrival. When servicing a fenced yard, we may also send a photo showing the gate secured after service.
5. Pets and Yard Conditions
We are happy to work around friendly pets when it is safe to do so. Any animal that displays aggressive or threatening behavior must be secured before our technician enters the property.
Our technicians take reasonable precautions, including securing gates and sanitizing tools and footwear between properties.
We remove pet waste that can reasonably be seen and accessed during normal service. Tall grass, leaves, snow, standing water, clutter, landscaping, or other conditions may make some waste difficult or impossible to locate.
Customers are encouraged to keep their yards reasonably maintained. Properties that are unusually large, difficult to access, or substantially more time-consuming than expected may require a price adjustment.
6. Pricing and Billing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including the number of dogs, service frequency, yard size, and property conditions.
If actual service conditions differ substantially from the information provided, pricing may be adjusted. Additional charges may also apply for circumstances such as undisclosed dogs, excessive cleanup needs, resumed service after a long pause, or optional add-on services.
Existing recurring customers will receive reasonable advance notice of changes to their regular service pricing.
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance using the payment method on file.
Monthly pricing for weekly service is based on the annual number of scheduled service weeks averaged across 12 months. Months containing an extra service week do not result in an additional charge.
If payment is declined or not received, service may be paused until the account is brought current. Customers are responsible for keeping their billing information up to date.
Payments for services already completed are non-refundable except when otherwise required by law or approved by Show-Me Scoopers.
7. Waste Disposal
Collected pet waste will generally be bagged and placed in the customer’s outdoor trash receptacle. If no suitable trash receptacle is available, the waste may be double-bagged and left in a reasonable location near the gate, driveway, or other designated area.
8. Yard Deodorizer Add-On
Show-Me Scoopers may offer an optional yard deodorizing or sanitizing service in addition to pet waste removal.
Some deodorizing services require access to a functioning outdoor water faucet. Customers are responsible for providing an accessible spigot in reasonable working condition.
Show-Me Scoopers is not responsible for pre-existing leaks, damaged plumbing, faulty fixtures, hoses, water-pressure issues, or similar conditions that become apparent while using customer-provided water connections.
Deodorizer may be skipped when rain, snow, strong winds, freezing temperatures, or other weather conditions make application unsafe, ineffective, or impractical.
Pets should remain indoors or away from the treatment area while the product is being applied. If pets are loose in the yard and prevent safe application, the deodorizer portion of the visit may be skipped.
Customers should notify us in advance of any known pet sensitivities or other concerns related to products used on the property.
9. Pausing or Canceling Service
Show-Me Scoopers does not require a long-term service contract.
You may cancel recurring service at any time by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit.
Customers who pause service may require an additional cleanup when service resumes. If service has been paused for one month or longer, an Initial Cleanup Fee may apply before recurring service resumes.
Any outstanding balance for services already provided remains due after cancellation.
10. Service Guarantee
If you believe pet waste was missed during a scheduled cleanup, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service.
When appropriate, we will return and re-scoop the missed area at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply when waste could not reasonably be located because of tall grass, leaves, snow, clutter, standing water, inaccessible areas, or similar conditions.
Show-Me Scoopers may take photos of gates or service areas for service verification, safety, training, and quality assurance. These photos are intended for internal use unless permission is given for public use.
11. Property Damage and Liability
Our technicians take reasonable care while working on customer property.
Customers are responsible for maintaining gates, latches, fences, plumbing fixtures, landscaping, and other property in safe and functional condition.
Show-Me Scoopers is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, normal wear and tear, deteriorated materials, unsafe property conditions, weather, animals, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you believe our technician caused damage to your property, please notify us promptly so we can review the situation.
12. Changes and Agreement
Show-Me Scoopers may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
By scheduling, purchasing, or continuing to receive services from Show-Me Scoopers LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
